Shipping/Postage Cost:

New Zealand: $15NZ anywhere in New Zealand (any number of items). Orders over $500 will be sent postage free in New Zealand only. Orders to NZ will be sent by NZ Post or Courier.

Australia: $40NZ tracked shipping anywhere in Australia (any number of items).

China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan: $100NZ tracked shipping (any number of items).

Austria, Belguim, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: $110NZ tracked shipping (any number of items).

Canada, United States: $115NZ tracked shipping (any number of items).

We currently cannot ship to any other Countries. If your country is not shown, sorry we cannot ship to you.
Please ensure you have supplied a correct current Delivery Address. If your delivery address is invalid or incomplete, we cannot not ship your order to you. Model Barn will not accept any responsibility for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details being provided.

Dispatch, Shipping/Postage Time:

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of payment being received. Our target delivery time is 5 working days in New Zealand. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your order to arrive in New Zealand. Please allow longer delivery times to other countries.

Cancellation:

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch without incurring any cost. Any item not in stock at the time of ordering will be refunded within 5 working days of payment.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with any item, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund (shipping/postage & insurance is non refundable). The cost to return goods to Model Barn Ltd is at your own expense, unless we have sent an incorrect item. If you require a replacement, we will send this at no further cost. If we cant provide you with a replacement or you don't want one, we will refund your purchase price.
Please contact us asap if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We will advise the correct proceedure to return your items.
